1. Know What You Need
What kind of work are you doing? What kind of space will be conductive to it? 2. Think About Amenities

3. Evaluate the Location
Where is the office located? Is it an easy commute? Will you have to ride a groaning elevator every morning to get to “your” floor? 4. Take a Tour
Never hand over your credit card until you’ve actually laid eyes on the office. It might have a strange smell that didn’t come across in the pictures, or the lighting might be all wrong for your eyes. You won’t know until you perform an inspection!
