Travel VietNam :Buon Ma Thuot – Enssence of the Central Highland
Buon Ma Thuot is the capital of Dak Lak region was developed in 1899 by French colonial Compagnie d’Agriculture d’Asie for the production of coffee and rubber, which grow well in the fertile red soil. Today in Buon Ma Thuot, rubber is still stripped, coffee is still grown, and the first tank to arrive in “Liberation Day” sits at the town centre. The city has little to offer tourists except fresh wholesome coffee at bargain prices.
