A quarter of the world’s billionaires live in America
1. The U.S.
Number of billionaires: 515
Total Assets (2013): 2,064 billion
According to data from research firm UBS Asset and Wealth X Billionaire Census 2013, nearly a quarter of the world’s billionaires live in America. In particular, the state of California contributed the most with 20%, followed by New York and Texas. American women also holding 1,200 billion, more than all other countries in the world.

China’s growth slows, but remains the second winter world billionaires. Last year, the country has added 10 billion in assets. The above figure may have been higher if more Chinese people do not decide to move down through the foreign assets, fearing a liquidity crisis and the anti-corruption campaign here. Many sectors contributed the most to China’s rich production.

German economic growth has helped pull the euro zone out of the financial crisis, and push some people become rich quickly. Assets of billionaires increased only slightly, but the assets of the group have 30-199 million on strong with 25% last year.
4. The UK
Number of billionaires: 135
Total Assets (2013): 420 billion
In the UK, the billionaire ranking in world’s richest list has decreased slightly. However, in London – one of the top financial centers in the world, some rich people here to grow rapidly, with nearly 6,400 people on 30 million.

The Russian economy is affected somewhat after the merger in March and Crimea crisis in Ukraine. International Monetary Fund (IMF) also lowered growth outlook to 1.3% of Russia this year. The number of super rich people here added last 35 years. But the impact of the political unrest of those assets will be closely watched this year.
