Solution 1: Check your proxy server settings
Step 1. First of all, you need to disable proxy server on Internet Explorer.
Step 2. Then you press Windows Key + R on the keyboard.
Step 3. In the Run dialog window, you type inetcpl.cpl and tap Enter.
Step 4. Next, you go to connections tab, then click the LAN settings button.
Step 5. Finally, you check if your proxy settings are okay.
Solution 2: Reset TCP/IP
Step 1. You open Command Prompt as Administrator by pressing Windows Key + X and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu
Step 2. In Command Prompt window, you type netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt.
Step 3. Finally, you restart your computer and see if the error is resolved.
Solution 3: Delete your antivirus software
Many users have reported that their antivirus software such as AVG 2015 can cause some problems with proxy on Windows 10. In this case, you should uninstall your current antivirus software. After uninstalling your antivirus software check if the problem is resolved. If the error is resolved, I recommended you download and install different antivirus software.
