Method 1: Restart Your Computer

Step 3. Now, you check settings as default where available and you also can enable or disable anything to check if it works.
Method 3: Reset Chrome
Step 1. In address bar, type chrome://settings/ and tap Enter.
Step 2. Next, you click Show advanced settings.
Step 3. Then, you click Reset Settings.

Method 4: Delete User Profile Data
Step 1. Make sure that you closed Google Chrome completely.
Step 2. Next, you press Windows Key + R and type

Step 3. Then, you need to locate the folder named default and rename it to as default.backup.
Step 4. Restart chrome. All done
